In a mixing bowl take grated paneer, salt and cornflour. Mix well and make balls. Fry in hot oil. Keep aside.

Noe heat 1 cup water add onions, green chilli and magaj.add cashewnuts and boil for 10 minutes on medium flame.

After 10 minute strain it and make a fine paste.

In a heavy bottom pan add oil,add ginger garlic paste. Saute for 1minute.add onions paste and cook until oil separates. Add cream, salt and sugar. Mix well add 1/2 cup of warn milk.

At the time of serving add kofta in a plate and serve hot with chapattis or naan.
