Soaked chanadal for 2 hours

After that boil the chana dal with salt And turmeric

After that heat the kadai or pan. Add cumin seed after that add ginger, garlic saute for 10 sec then add chopped onion,curry leaves when onion get soft then tomato,green chilli and capsicum saute for 3-4 min add red chilli powder, garam masala

When gravy is ready pour boiled chana dal than saute for 2-3 min

Then garnish with coriander leaves

Serve with rice and roti
