Also, not being the Fried Version, they are even much healthier.

These Vegetable Cutlets are a very healthy way of making your Kids eat veggies.
Also, not being the Fried Version, they are even much healthier.
Steps

Grate the beetroots

Add in Mashed Boiled Potatoes, all the Vegetables, Spices.

Mix all of them together nicely

Make small cutlets and coat them lightly with Bread Crumbs
- 5
In a Pan, place the cutlets and roast them for 10 -12 mins using little olive oil.

For Chutney, add in all the ingredients and blend them.

Serve hot crispy Cutlets with the Chutney
