Ingredients

  1. 250 gmpaneer
  2. 2medium sized tomatoes
  3. 50 gmcashew nuts
  4. 1Bay leaf
  5. to tasteSalt
  6. 1.5 teaspoonred chilli powder
  7. 1.5 teaspoondhaniya powder
  8. 1.5 teaspoonturmeric powder
  9. 1 teaspoonAmchur powder
  10. as neededCream
  11. 1 tea spoonjeera
  12. as neededButter
  13. 1big size onion
  14. 2Green chillies

Cooking Instructions

    Cut paneer into small pieces

  2. 2

    Make puree of green chillies, tomatoes, cashew nuts and onion

  3. 3

    Take kadai put butter, jeera hing and puree saute till it leaves sides add all spices

  4. 4

    Add paneer cubes in it

  5. 5

    Add amchur powder

  6. 6

    Garnish with cream
