Ingredients

  1. 500 grams paneer
  2. 1sliced Onion
  3. 1/4 cupMilk
  4. 1.5 tsp Garam Masala
  5. 1 tbsp Butter
  6. 2 cupschopped Coriander leaves
  7. 1/2 cupchopped Mint leaves
  8. 2-3 Green chillies
  9. 1 inchpiece Ginger
  10. 1/4 cupcashew nuts, broken
  11. 1/4 cup Curd
  12. 1 tbspLime juice
  13. To tastesalt

Cooking Instructions

    Grind coriander leaves, mint leaves, chillies, ginger, cashew nuts, curd, salt and lime juice, to form a fine paste.

    Mix this mixture with paneer and keep aside, for at least 15 minutes.

    Heat butter and oil in a pan and saute, till the onions are translucent.

  4. 4

    Add the marinated paneer and toss carefully, till the raw smell goes.

    Add milk and simmer, till the gravy thickens.

  6. 6

    Sprinkle the garam masala and mix well.

  7. 7

    Switch off heat and transfer to a serving dish.

    Serve hot with roti
