Firstly wash mutton pieces,and take a cooker add two glass water in it.now add mutton pieces,salt and chopped ginger,garlic paste in it.not all of the paste only half of all.

Let it cooked for 15minutes for observe all the aroma of ginger garlic paste in water.and remember not to close cooker,only cover with plate.now on the other hand take a pan,heat oil in it after heating oil add onion,ginger and garlic paste,cinnamon,tej patta,in it and fry untill it's colour changed into golden brown.after that add salt,fried green chilli,turmeric,red chilli powder in it.

Now on first pan add mutton masala and,now close cooker cover and bring 3vissels in it,then off the gas.now add mutton and gravy water in second pan, in which tampering is ready.

Let it cook for 10minutes on low flame.now it's ready to eat.
