Peel potato wash and cook when it done mashed it and keep aside

In a bowl mix flour, salt,oil and mashed potato and mix well add water to make a dough and knead it cover it to rest for 15 to 30 minute after that roll it and fry in a hot oil

You can eat with sauce you like or tea
