  • Goat meat
  • Scotch bonnet pepper
  • Ginger
  • Garlic
  • Maggi
  • Salt
  • Ground nut oil
  • Green bell pepper
  • Red bell pepper
  • Onion

Steps

  1. 1

    Wash the goat meat and season with salt, maggi, ginger &garlic and per boil for 10 mins

  2. 2

    Blend scotch bonnet pepper & onion, then fry it and add maggi and salt to taste.

  3. 3

    Put the per boiled goat meat on the oven tray and mix well with the fried pepper. Add your green & red bell and onion pepper to garnish Bake for 15 - 20 mins

I will try it with different spice and possibly try it with chicken or any other kind of meat
