I find cooking exciting each time I try out new recipes and it comes well.
Steps

Wash the goat meat and season with salt, maggi, ginger &garlic and per boil for 10 mins

Blend scotch bonnet pepper & onion, then fry it and add maggi and salt to taste.

Put the per boiled goat meat on the oven tray and mix well with the fried pepper. Add your green & red bell and onion pepper to garnish Bake for 15 - 20 mins
