Fried Wontons
This dish is perfect as a snack or appetizer.
Steps

Finely mince the pork with the shallots, then season with a little bouillon powder and pepper. Place a small amount of filling in the center of each wonton wrapper and fold to seal.

Heat oil in a pan over medium heat. Fry the wontons until the meat is cooked through and the wrappers are golden brown. Remove and serve on a plate with salad and a dipping sauce of chili sauce mixed with soy sauce.
