Ingredients

  1. 2 cuprice
  2. 1/2 litremilk
  3. HandfulCashews and raisens
  4. 2 tbspghee
  5. 1/2 cupnolen Gur (smashed)

Cooking Instructions

    First take 2 cups of rice. wash it well. Then add 1 tbsp ghee to it. Mix it well. Now add water and put the rice in cooker for 2 whistles.

    Now take the milk in vessel. Heat the milk at low simmer. Add the nolen Gur pieces to it. Make sure the milk doesn't get spoilt. Keep mixing.now add the boiled rice to it. Mix it well. Make sure the sides are not sticky and burnt.

    In a separate kadhai, add little ghee and saute the kismis and kaju. Make sure they are golden brown. Add this to the mixture.

    Let the mixture be semi solid. You can now switch off the flame. Let it cool to room temperature. Now serve and enjoy
