Ingredients

  • 1 cup-Red lentils (masoor dal) soaked
  • 2onions-sliced and rings separate d
  • 2 tbsp- mint coriander green chilli paste
  • 1tbsp- lemon juice
  • to tasteSalt
  • 1 tbsp-Red chilli powder
  • 1tsp-chaat masala
  • 1tsp- gram masala
  • As neededoil for frying

Steps

  1. 1

    In a bowl add above mentioned ingredients except onion and make a thick batter.

    Dip Onion rings roughly in this batter and Deep fry until they golden brown and crispy.

    Serve hot with green chutney n sauce.
