Prepare the ingredients: Measure out the sweet corn kernels, silken tofu, and ground pork. Chop the scallion. Wash and blanch the broccoli for garnish. Peel and shred the carrot, then blanch it as well.

Combine the corn kernels, ground pork, and silken tofu in a bowl. Mix well.

Once combined, add the seasonings and sweet potato starch. Mix thoroughly.
