Ingredients

40 minutes
1 serving
  • 1potato boiled(for the nest)
  • 1/2 cupgrated carrot
  • 1 tbspcoriander leaves
  • 25 gmpanner
  • 2cheese cube
  • 1 tspgaram masala powder
  • 1 tspturmeric powder
  • 1 tspred chilli powder
  • As neededSalt
  • 2 tbspmaida
  • 1/2 tbspGinger powder
  • 4 tbspchopped onion
  • 1 tbspchopped green chilli
  • 1 cupvermicelli
  • 1 cuprefined oil
  • 20 gmgrated paneer (for the paneer ball)
  • 1 tbspcornflour
  • as neededSalt
  • 1/2 tsppepper powder

Steps

40 minutes

    Smash the boiled potatoes.

  2. 2

    Add grated carrot in it.

  3. 3

    Add ginger powder and green chilli accordingly.

  4. 4

    Add salt, pepper, coriander leaves.

  5. 5

    Add 25 GM's grated paneer in it.

  6. 6

    Add grated cheese and give it a good mix.

  7. 7

    Heat oil in the pan.

  8. 8

    Fry the onions, cook it for few minutes to tender the onions. Add turmeric powder and chilli powder and garam masala powder.

    Cook for few minutes and when you will get a nice aroma put the potatoes dough in it.

    Cook in low flame for 2/3 minutes.

    Keep it aside and let the dough cool down.

    Now make small ball shaped nest with the help of the palm.

    Make a batter by using the maida.

    Coat the nest in the maida and wrap in the vermicelli.

    Keep in the freeze for 10 minutes and deep fry them.

    In a small bowl add the grated paneer and cornflour.

    Add salt and pepper. Mis them properly.

    Make small balls from it.

    Deep fry them.

    Serve hot with sauce.
