Steps

Take little cooking oil in a pressure cooker
Put 2-3 wadis
Jst fry a little in that oil and then take out. - 2
Now in the same oil add methi Dana, Hing and whole cumin seeds

Add grated ginger and green chilis
Now Add turmeric, red chilli,coriander powder and salt - 4
Stir well and
Add one spoon yogurt and stir again. Add tomatoes chopped or puréed
Mix all nicely
Just wait fr two mins - 5
Masala will leave oil then add aloo(cubed)
Mix so that all masala covers the aloo
Add those fried wadis
Add required water
According to how much gravy you want - 6
Close cooker
Need only 1-2 whistles on slow
Garnish with coriander leaves - 7
Eat with zeera rice or steamed rice
