100 gmpaneer
4 tspmaida
1/2 tspcardamom powder
1 bowlsugar syrup
2 tspkhoya
As neededghee

Add paneer in a mixture grinder and grind it, make a smooth paste.

Now add khoya, cardamom powder,sugar Syrup mix it well. And make lumps free batter.

Heat ghee in a wok, pour this mixture and deep fried malpua.

Serve hot.

Ready all malpua, place in a serving plate.
