Cut the potatoes into slices and put them as first layer. Cut the meat into slices and beat them to make them thin.

Put the meat on the potatoes as second layer. Salt and pepper. Put the onion slices on the meat. Put again one layer of potatoes.

Put the fresh cream and the mayonnaise on the potatoes. Cover with cheese. Cover well with aluminium paper

Put in the oven for 2.30 - 3.00 hours at 180°C. Once cheese is red it's ready to eat. Bon apetit.
