Baked mushrooms with bell peppers

Chop the bell peppers into squares. Don't chop the mushrooms
In a non stick pan add 1 tablespoon of butter and toss the mushrooms and the vegetables.
Keep them aside. Now in the same pan add 2 tablespoons of butter and as it melts add the flour and saute it a bit. - 2
Add the milk little by little and give it a good stir so that it mix well. Add the salt and check your kind of seasoning required. You can also add white pepper powder but I didn't because my son doesn't like it hot.
Mix it well and as it has blended properly and one or two bubbles have started bursting switch off the flame and mix the mushrooms and the veggies well with it. - 3
After the mixing process has been done successfully transfer the entire white sauce veggies mixture to a microwave oven roof bowl and grate the cheese nicely on top of the dish.
Bake the dish at 220 degrees on convection mode of your oven for 20 minutes or till the cheese has melted.
Serve it with your choice of bread or eat it just as it is😍😍
