Slaughter the chicken gently.

Clean up the chicken by removing the feathers in fairly hot water.

Being a Kyenyeji chicken (slightly roast (choma choma kuku)the chicken on open fire to dry it and soften it too.

Cut the chicken to pcs and boil till about ready

In a separate wok fry onions well then add the chicken and let it absorb the onion mix.

Add blended tomatoes and let cook slightly.

Add coconut milk and mix well. Let it simmer as the flavours mix.

Season to desired taste.

Serve with sima and veggies.
