Knead a medium soft dough and keep it aside for 30 mins.make portions

Roll out rotis of it of medium thickness and roast from both sides

With butter roast one side till crisp and keep aside. Same way roast single side of other tortilla with butter and keep aside

In a pan take oil.add capsicum,onions,corn and saute. Later add mushrooms and mix well.add chilli flakes,mix herbs, garlic powder,pepper powder, salt

On the crisp side spread grated cheese over it spread stuffing and again cheese over stuffing. Cover with other tortilla with crisp side on cheese(crisp sides inside) Roast the outer surfaces with butter till crisp.

Cut and Ready to serve
