Steps

  1. 1

Grind Toasted Sesame Seeds, add Sugar and Soy Sauce and mix well to make sauce. *See ‘How To Grind Sesame Seeds Using A Plastic Bag’.

  2. 2

Wash Spinach well and blanch in boiling salted water. Drain and cool under cold water to stop cooking further, drain well and squeeze to remove excess water.

  3. 3

Cut off the bottom ends of Spinach, make 2 or 3 logs in even thickness. Squeeze well to remove excess water. Place 1/2 sheet of Nori on a flat surface, place a log of Spinach, and tightly roll it up. Set aside until Nori gets moist. Repeat with remaining Spinach.

  4. 4

Cut into bite sized pieces. Drizzle the sesame sauce over just before serve.
