Ingredients

  1. 1 ltrmilk
  2. 1 small cuprice
  3. 1 small cup sugar
  4. 2 tbspmilk masala(optional)
  5. fornuts:
  6. 1 cupsugar
  7. 2 tbsp water
  8. 1/4 cupchopped nuts

Cooking Instructions

    Wash and soak rice for 10-15 mins

  2. 2

    Boil milk and add soaked rice. Cook rice till it gets mushy. Add more milk if required

  3. 3

    Add sugar and give a nice boil. Your kheer is ready to serve.

    For caramelized nuts, heat sugar and water.

  5. 5

    Melt sugar completely and cook till it gets brown in colour.

  6. 6

    Add nuts and off the flame.

  7. 7

    Be quick and pour it in mould or spread it on silicon sheet.

  8. 8

    Cut with desired shape before it gets cool.

  9. 9

    Serve with chilled kheer.
