4-5 servings

1 cuprice soaked in water for 1/2 hr
1/2 cupsugar
1 ltrmilk
as neededDry fruits almonds pistachios cashewnuts
10-12Saffron leaves

Take a pan boiled the rice put 1tsp ghee and then mix milk in it and boil it when milk becomes half

Then add sugar

When rice mix in it then we switch off the flame then add the kesar and dry fruits

Then serve it and decorate with dry fruits and with saffron leaves
