Cooking Instructions

Take a bowl add some maida flour,ajwain,salt, chaat masala mix it well.Add oil and make dough with using chilled water. Make smooth dough.

Roll it on flatten place and cut in small circle with round cutter and by using forks make holes on all surface of chapati.

Now take straw and make eyes and take spoon from back side of spoon make smile.

Take a kadhai add oil for deep fry. Fry one by one.
