Ingredients

15 minutes
4 servings
  • 250 gmsPeeled large Prawns
  • 100 gmscorn flour
  • 1/2 teaspoongram masala
  • 1/2 teaspoonsalt
  • 1 tablespoonbuttermilk or olive oil
  • as neededToothpicks
  • As requiredOil to fry

Steps

15 minutes
  1. 1

    Wash and place the Peeled prawns, stick the toothpick into the prawns from head to tail, without breaking it. And place it on a plate.

  2. 2

    Mix all the ingredients except oil to fry.. And now coat thison the prawns evenly.Sprinkle water if mixture is too dry..

  3. 3

    Heat oil in a deep bottom pan and fry the prawns without taking the sticks.Once colour changes, remove it out and let it cool before serving.

  4. 4

    Serve along with tawa fried sausages and tomato sauce.
