Tikhat Appe (spicy appam)
Easy to cook and fills your stomach.
Cooking Instructions

Add onion, green chillies, ginger, coriander leaves and salt to the idli batter. Mix the ingredients properly.

Add little bit of oil to the appe vessel.
- 3
Take a laddle and put small servings in the vessel. Cover with a lid
- 4
Let it cook for 10-15 min and then turn using the wodden sticks provided with the vessel.
- 5
It should be golden brown on both sides.
- 6
Once ready serve it with green chutney.
