  • 1/2 bagfajita vegetable mix
  • 1serrano pepper, seeded and sliced
  • 1 clovegarlic, minced
  • 12shrimp, thawed and cleaned
  • Juice of half a lemon (seedless)
  • Worcestershire sauce, to taste
  • Juice of half a lemon (seedless)
  • Olive oil
  • 1 tablespooncilantro, washed and chopped

  1. 1

    Heat the olive oil in a pan and add all the vegetables.

    Stir occasionally.

    When the vegetables start to brown, add the shrimp, Worcestershire sauce, and lemon juice.

    Add salt to taste. When the shrimp turn pink, they're ready!
