Ingredients

  1. 5 pcsgratedcarrot
  2. Medium cabbage sliced
  3. 2 pcschopped onion
  4. 2scotch bonnet
  5. 2 tbspnolive oil can be substitited
  6. 2 cubesmaggi
  7. Halfkilo meat

Steps

  1. 1

    Wash and put meat on pot

  2. 2

    Allow to simmer on fire

  3. 3

    Keep aside.

  4. 4

    Add oil and chopped onions

  5. 5

    Add carrot, cabbage scotch bonnet, stir fry

  6. 6

    Add maggi allow to simmer

  7. 7

    Add meat and turn till all the water is absorbed

  8. 8

    Serve with any dish of your choice
