1 tspsalt
1 tspginger Garlic paste
Oil for frying

Steps

Cut potatoes in thin slices as shown.

Heat oil in a pan and add ginger garlic paste to it and fry nicely

Then add sliced potatoes and cover and cook until half done.
4

Once half done, add all the spices and cover and cook until done. Enjoy!!
