Steps

When they start being marshy, add the garlic ginger paste, and the spices except garam masala. This is step 3

Saute onions in a little oil and add in salt

Add tomatoes and stir

Cook till the tomatoes are completely marshy, taste and adjust seasoning

Now add the light coconut milk and let it come to a boil while mixing, till it reduces
- 6
Then add the heavy milk and don't stop stirring till you achieve a heavy consistency

Add the lemon juice and the garam masala

Remove from heat. Your curry is now ready

It's best accompaniment is fried fish, to be served with either rice or ugali
