In a pot add 1tbs oil add the mustard seeds, some curry leaves allow to sizzle add the potatoes cook for few minutes

Then add spices (turmeric, chilli powder, jeera powder, coriander powder) and cook until soft

Later the cooked potatoes, then yogurt, coriander chutney, tamirand sauce and top with fried samoosa leaves and pomegrantes
