Mixed fruit custard

Keep milk to boil but before that remove half cup milk add custard powder and make a lump free paste.

Boil milk vigorously add sugar as per taste then add custard powder and stir continuously until the custard gets thick.

Switch off the flame and take it out in a bowl allow it to cool completely at room temperature.

Then add chopped fruits and mix well.Garnish with almonds,pomegranate and tutti frutti.

Keep inside the refrigerator and serve chilled.
