Ingredients

  • 1 cupssuji/ semolina
  • 1/2 cupghee
  • 1 stickDarchni
  • 3pice Green cardamom
  • 1 cupmango pulp
  • 1 cupshot water
  • 1 cupssugar
  • 1/2 cuppistachio,coconut,Raisins and almond for garnish
  • 1 tspcardamom (elaichi) powder
  • 1 cupcubs cutting mango

Steps

  1. 1

    Heat the ghee in a pan, add the darchnistick,green cardamom and golden brown and add semolina and saute till it turns light brown.

  2. 2

    Add the mango pulp and cook on a medium flame for 2-3 minutes.Add the hot water and sugar. Stir continuously, no lumps remain and cook till the water is completely dried and the sugar is melted.

  3. 3

    Add the pistachios,coconut,Raisins, almond,cardamom powder and mix well and cook for 2 more minutes.Serve hot.now mango halwa ready.
