  • 2 cupsboiled rice
  • 1fresh carrot
  • 1onion
  • 1green capsicum
  • 2 tbspmargarine
  • salt and pepper
  • 1 dashsoy sauce
  • chilli powder (optional)

Steps

  1. 1

    Dice your vegetables to same size

    Melt butter in a sufuria

    Add in the vegetables and stir/toss vigorously under medium high heat
