Ingredients

  • 163 gmsflour
  • 7 gmsbaking powder
  • 75 gmssugar
  • 80 gmsmargarine
  • 1/2 tbspessence(vanilla and passion)
  • 2 pcsEggs
  • 50 mlsmilk

Steps

  1. 1

    Pre heat oven to 180 degrees and align your cupcake liners in the cupcake baking tray.

  2. 2

    Measure and sift the flour and baking powder.

  3. 3

    Measure margarine and sugar,then in a small bowl, break your eggs and beat your eggs.

  4. 4

    Cream sugar and margarinr until soft for about 3 to 5 minutes, pour in the egg mixture and beat for about a minute,add half of the dry ingredient and fold them in while gradually adding the milk,ensure your batter is of right consistency.

  5. 5

    Divide half of the batter, in one batter add vanilla essence and the other add passion essence.

  6. 6

    Take one spoon of the vanilla batter,pour in one cupcake liner,then add another spoon of the passion batter, continue with the same process until you fill your cupcake liners.

  7. 7

    Bake for 25 -30 minutes, once done remove and place them on a cooling rack,serve and enjoy with warm cup of milk.
