1/3 cupyellow butter beans (cooked or blanchired for 3-5 minutes)
1/3 cuppineapple (chopped)
1/3 cupyellow bell pepper (chopped)
10dkg smoked cheese
10dkg grilled sausage (sliced)
1/5 cupwalnut
1/3 cupcucumber (chopped)
6 tablespooncooked bulgur

Start with cooking the bulgur and blanchiring the beans.

Cut the other vegetables and the pineapple into small cubes
