Stuffed tomato bajiyas

Collect all the ingredients in a plate

Grind them into paste

Grind gatia/sev, crumble paneer and scoop inner part of tomatoes to stuff.

Mix all the ingredients dry green chutney,grinded sev,crumbled paneer add salt and chat masala to form a stuffing

Stuff each tomatoes tightly with paneer mixture

To make the batter mix gram flour,rice flour,carom seeds,turmeric,salt. Adding water little by little forming thick consistency.

Coat each stuffed tomatoes with gram flour batter and deep fry in oil

Fry till golden brown on medium flame.

Ready to serve hot stuffed tomato bhajiyas in monsoon.
