Ingredients: 1/2 cup macaroni/pasta of your choice; 2 tbs oil; Salt to taste; 1 tbs crushed red chilli; 1/2 tbs black pepper crushed; 1/2 pack small noodles I used shan shoop chotto pack; 1/2 sachet noodles masala; 2 tbs butter + 1 tbs oil; 1/2 + 1/4 cup milk; 1 tbs all-purpose flour; 1 tbs garlic chopped; 1/2 cup onion chopped; 1 medium potato; Oil for frying; as needed Water; 3 tbs oil; 1 tbs salt

1/2 cupmacaroni/pasta of your choice
2 tbsoil
Salt to taste
1 tbscrushed red chilli
1/2 tbsblack pepper crushed
1/2 packsmall noodles I used shan shoop chotto pack
1/2 sachetnoodles masala
2 tbsbutter + 1 tbs oil
1/2+ 1/4 cup milk
1 tbsall-purpose flour
1 tbsgarlic chopped
1/2 cuponion chopped
1medium potato
Oil for frying
Boiling
as neededWater
3 tbsoil
1 tbssalt

Steps

In a saucepan add water oil and salt. Bring it to boil. Add macroni and boiled it.

After boiling macroni in the same saucepan put noodles and boil them too.

Fry the fries

In pan add oil garlic and onion and saute it and remove it

In same pan add butter with oil melt the butter

Add all-purpose flour mix it to get smooth consistency

Add milk and cook until thicken

Add your spices in it

Then add your noodles and macroni mix well

Add half of fries in it and combined it with pasta

Dish out serve it with some mayo and fries enjoyy...
