Steps

Fry onion in a pan with oil,when lightly brown add ginger garlic paste 1tsp and cook until golden

Add dry spices according to taste, cook for five minutes than add tomatoes, cook until soft and mushy

Add chickpea and potato,mix properly add salt and pepper stir and cook until all the juices absorbed

At the end put chopped pre boil egg and serve with lemon wedges and green chilli
