Ingredients

  • Packpork loin steaks
  • Cinnamon
  • Runny honey
  • 2 handfulsbaby/new potatoes
  • to tasteFresh or frozen veg

Steps

  1. 1

    Pre heat oven to gas 7.

  2. 2

    Score the loin steaks and add to an oven pan and dust with cinnamon. Once dusted, turn them over and drizzle honey over them. place in the oven for 20 minutes.

    While the loin steaks are cooking. Prep the potatoes and veg. And add to a steamer.

    At the end of 20 minutes take the loin steaks out of the Oven. Dust the top with cinnamon and turn over and drizzle a small amount of honey over them. Cook for a further 10 minutes.

    Serve with the steamed veg.
