Whosayna’s Oreo Mocha Mousse
Cooking Instructions

Method:
Make mousse, boil custard, cocoa powder, coffee powder, condensed milk and stir it till it boils, remove from flame and cover it, let it cool down.
Mix gelatine in quarter cup hot water.
Crush oreo biscuits, pour on a casserole or individual dessert glasses.
Sprinkle expresso coffee on oreo layer then keep aside.
In custard mixture, pour cream and gelatine mixture and whisk well, pour on oreo layer and level it.
Decorate with oreo biscuits, walnuts and chocolate flakes. - 2
Put cling film and let it set in fridge for three hours, serve chilled mousse.

This is my best recipe I really recommend it!This solidifies quickly unlike other white chocolate mousse recipes I have uploaded, so you do not need to chill the mixture in Step 5. It will actually make things more difficult if it solidifies too much. It finishes faster in exchange . I completely over-whipped the heavy cream in the photo for Step 3. For about 8 servings. I wanted to make a chocolate mousse first but I only had white chocolate. I added a bit of coffee flavour with instant coffee and chocolate flavour with Oreo.When you mix the cream and white chocolate, do this process while chilling the mixture. If you break the Oreo cookies too fine, they will become much finer while mixing with other ingredients, so be careful. I thought about this afterwards, but If I had added half of the Oreo cookies after having poured the mousse into the cups, the cookies might not have sunk to the bottom. For 8 serving cups.
