Steps

First we take a cooker and add oil in it then pour cumin seeds and curry leaves in it then pour onion in it and fry for goldan brown and then put in turmeric in it.

Now we add tomato in it then pour salt and red chilli and water in it and now closed the cooker and wait for 4 whistles. Now you're daliya pulav is ready to serve.
