Crush rotis with hand and make ' chura '.

In a pan heat oil. Add mustard seeds. When crackles add chopped onion, tomato, green chilli and garlic paste. Saute until tomato softens. Add crushed rotis. Add salt, turmeric powder, red chilli powder and mix it.

Add buttermilk and mix well. Add chopped coriander leaves and spring onion leaves. Cook for couple of minutes. Garnish with spring onion leaves. Enjoy hot.
