Ingredients

  1. 1 cupboiled rice
  2. 1/2 cupmoong dhal/ split green gram
  3. As neededMustard seed
  4. As neededCurry leaves
  5. As neededGrated coconuts
  6. Pinchturmeric
  7. 5pcs clove's
  8. As needed Garlic
  9. 1/4 tbspCumin seeds
  10. to tasteSalt
  11. As needed Coconut oil

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Boil the rice and strain.Take cooker add the moong dhall/ split green gram, water and salt.Stop after 2 whistles.

  2. 2

    Take another pan add oil, mustard seed,curry leaves add the split green gram, add water to boil.Grind grated coconut, turmeric, cumin, garlic and gloves, grind it.

  3. 3

    Add the grind mixture to the split green gram.Now mix the dhal/split green gram to the boiled rice,now add ghee and serve it.
