Preheat oven to 180 degree c and flour a cake tin.Stir the cocoa and boiling water together until smooth,cool thoroughly.

Beat the butter, sugar and blueberry essence together until light and fluffy.

Beat in the eggs one at a time,well after each addition.Add Soaked dried blueberries.

Sift in the flour and pour in cooled chocolate mixture.Fold together carefully.Spread into the prepared cake tin.Bake for 40 minutes.Insert a skewer and if it comes out clean the cake is done.Cool in the cake for few minutes.

To make chocolate glaze heat chocolate chips and cream in microwave and stir until the chocolate is all melted and the mixture is smooth.smooth on to the cake while still warm.
