Steps

Heat oil in a cooker.

Add cumin seeds,ginger chilli paste,garlic and onions.

Saute for 5 minutes.

Add tomatoes and cook for 2 minutes.

Add beetroot,peas,salt,other spices and mix well.

Pour water and close the lid.

Cook for 2 whistles and switch off the flame.

Serve with roti,litti,rice.
