Cut your potatoes,onion and capsicum.Mix them together.Add your tumeric and cumin and coriander powder and mix well.

Add in your gram flour and mix without adding any water.add your salt.Then add just a little amount of water and mix everything to coat well.Once coated,add your baking powder and give it another mix to make sure everything is well combined.

Heat your pan on medium heat and fry them up in two batches.Once ready drain on a kitchen towel and serve.

Enjoy with some chutney or chilli of your choice.
