Ingredients

  1. 1 bowlfenugreek (finely chopped)
  2. 1onion (chopped)
  3. 2 tea spoonGinger garlic and green chilli finely chopped
  4. 2tomatoes chopped
  5. 1 tea spooncoriander powder
  6. 1 tea spoonturmeric powder
  7. 1 tea spoongaram masala
  8. 1 tea spooncumin seeds
  9. to tasteSalt
  10. 2 tea spoonoil
  11. 2 cupbasmati rice (soaked in water for half hour)
  12. 100-gms paneer

Cooking Instructions

    Take a kadhai add oil and add cumin seeds..cook until the cumin seeds turn light brown..add finely chopped onion.. add ginger garlic and green chillies and sauté it..

    Now add finely chopped fenugreek and cook for 2-3 mins.. now add all the dry spices and add tomatoes and cook until the tomatoes are cooked

    Now add salt accordingly..now add 2 glass of water and add soaked rice..now boil it until the water is partly dried.. now cover it with lid and steam it for 7-10 mins..your pulao is ready..garnish with grated paneer.
