Ingredients

  • 175 gFlour
  • 175 gCooking oil
  • 120 gSugar
  • 4Eggs
  • 2 1/2 tspBaking powder
  • 1 tspVanilla essence/ coconut essence
  • 1/2 tspsalt
  • 30 gDessicated coconut

Steps

  1. 1

    Beat eggs, oil and sugar

  2. 2

    Add vanilla, salt, baking powder, dessicated coconut

  3. 3

    Add flour

  4. 4

    Bake at 170° for 50mins

  5. 5

    When the cake is ready generously apply jam and smear coconut on top
