I know everyone knows this wonderful salad but it's a must during summer for me. Kalamata olives are what make it. Some people garnish it with olive oil and lemon but I prefer balsamic #summerchallenge1 #salad

Wash, dry and chop lettuce

Add sliced onion and halved cherry tomatoes

Add the olives

Crumble feta on top. Drizzle with olive oil and balsamic vinegar :)
