In a big bowl slit bhindi into lengthwise. Add salt, all masalas and besan and rice flour.

Tip: Add salt only when u need to fry otherwise it won't be crispy.

Sprinkle few drops of water.

Mix everything well. Heat oil in a kadhai and then reduce the flame to medium and fry bhindi till crisp. Fry in small batches.Serve with dal and rice.
